Last October my boyfriend and another couple decided we were going to Jamaica. That’s when I decided it was time to lose the weight I had put on over the last five years. I had been trying on and off for a few years but nothing stuck. Finally I joined Herbal Magic (I work at the Head Office), and it was just what I needed. The weekly weighing-in kept me accountable and I didn’t want to go in and have any gains. I’ve been keeping a food diary religiously since, started BodyRocking in November and have managed to lose the 10 pounds I set out to lose. Now, I’ver set a new goal for myself, I am trying to get to 125 pounds, in the healthiest way possible.
