Interval Timer: Set your timer to 10 minutes and do as many rounds of the following as possible:

  1. Santana Push-ups 30 seconds
  2. Side Hops 30 seconds
  3. Santana Push-ups 30 seconds
  4. Squat Jumps 30 seconds

Completion Time: 12 minutes (firm)
