Sunday Set-Up

I am going to try to start preparing meals every Sunday for the week. This is going to be my starting point:
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal X5
  • 2/3 cups milk (almond, cow or soy) X5
  • 1 oz almonds X5
  • ¾ cup greek yogurt with 1/4 cup frozen fruit X2
  • hard-boiled eggs X5
  • cut up cucumber
  • cut up peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • boil chicken X2
  • Ezekeil bread in fridge X 3 slices
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries in fridge X 2
  • avocado
  • onion
  • mushrooms
