Strawberry Banana Oats

Serves: 1  |  Calories per serving: 562
Prep Time: 10 minutes  |  Cook Time: Overnight
 
Ingredients:

½ c. rolled oats (not quick cooking)
½ c. plain Greek yogurt
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. chia seeds
2-2½ tbsp. strawberry jam
1 small banana, mashed

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, stir in the desired mix-ins and enjoy.
