Couch-to-5K

I’ve decided I want to do a Spartan Race and Warrior Dash next year, but I haven’t been able to run up until this point. Couch-to-5K is going to help me learn!

Week 1 – Workout 1: Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.
