Interval Timer: Set your timer to 10 minutes and do as many rounds of the following as possible:

  1. Yoga Burpees X5
  2. Ab splitters X5
  3. Burpees X50
  4. Air squats X100

Completion Time: 20:57

Note: I only did 20 burps in the second round
