Perform 3 circuits of the following routine.

  1. Tricep Push ups – 12 reps
    • Rest 20 seconds
  2. Bicep curls – 12 reps (12 lbs)
    • Rest 20 seconds
  3. Tricep Kickbacks – 12 reps each arm (9 lbs)
    • Rest 1 minute

Completion Time: 9:05

PART 3

ZWOW #24

Interval Timer: Set your timer to 10 minutes and do as many rounds of the following as possible:

  1. Dynamic Squat X15
  2. Kick Ups X15
  3. Dive Bombers X10
  4. Prisoner Get Ups X20

Completion Time: 10 minutes (firm)

TOTAL WORKOUT COMPLETION TIME: 24:05
