Interval Timer: Set your interval timer to stop watch a do the following exercises 10 times.

  1. 10 Burpees
  2. 10 Squat Jumps with the Sandbag.
  3. 10 Push Ups
  4. 10 Toe Touch Sit Ups
  5. 10 Dips using the Dip Station (or Bodyweight alternative – see the video)
  6. 10 Tuck Jumps
  7. 10 Plank Jax
  8. 10 Split Lunges
  9. 10 Leg Drops
  10. 10 Squat Thrusts

Completion Time: 17:15

Notes: did 3 full rounds, then to exercise 3, I suck
