Interval Timer: Set your timer to 10 minutes and do as many rounds of the following as possible:

  1. Burpee handstand X5
  2. Ninja jumps X5
  3. Squat side kick X10

Completion Time: 10 minutes (firm)

  3. Mountain Climbers
  4. Clapping Push Up
  5. Jump Lunge
  6. Bicycle
  7. Dips
  8. Forward & Backward Lunge Jump Up (Left)
  9. Forward & Backward Lunge Jump Up (Right)
  10. Side Crunch (Left)
  11. Side Crunch (Right)
  12. Burpees
Completion Time: 12 minutes (firm)

Note: didn’t do last exercise (burpees)
