Interval Timer: Set your interval timer to 12 rounds of 50 seconds work with 10 seconds rest. Complete as many reps of the following exercises below as possible.

  1. Jump Tuck Press
  2. Donkey Press Alternating Legs
  3. Open me up mountain climbers with Ugi Abs using the pink Sandbag or the Ugiball
  4. Commando Roll Out Push Ups
