BodyRock Link: Smoking Hot Body Workout

Interval Timer: Set your Interval Timer as a stop watch – your goal is to complete this workout as fast as you can. You will be doing these 6 exercises in this exact order:

  1. Prisoner Jump Lunge – 50 reps
  2. One Leg Push Up – 25 reps on each leg
  3. Mini Squats (with or without Sandbag) – 50 reps
  4. Peptile On The Run – 50 reps
  5. Get Up (with or without Sandbag) – 25 reps on each side
  6. One Arm Press Up – 25 reps on each arm

Completion Time: 24:00
