Interval Timer: Set your Interval Timer for 4 rounds and two intervals. The first interval is 10 seconds and the second interval is 50 seconds. Your goal is to complete as many reps as you can during the 50 seconds intervals.

  1. Flying High Knees (7/6/6/6)
  2. Side to Side Pike Jumps (34/22/20/20)
  3. Reverse Crunch (16/14/15/16)
  4. Side Step Up (19/19/17/17)
  5. Super Girl Push Up (13/10/10/9)

Completion Time: 20 minutes (firm)
