  1. Renegade Rows X10 (weight: 12 lbs)
  2. Overhead Lunges X10 (weight: 12 lbs)
  3. Squat-Jump Burpee X10
  4. Crab Touches X10
  5. Sumo Deadlift High Pull X10 (weight: 25 lbs)

Completion Time: 15 minutes (firm)
Rounds Completed: 3
