Interval Timer: Set your interval timer to stopwatch and perform the following exercises 5 times through.

  1. Push Press X10
  2. Thrusters X10
  3. Back Curl Lunge X10
  4. Preacher Curl X10
  5. Weighted Lunge Jumps X10
  6. Broad Jump Burpee X10

Completion Time: 19:20

Weight for all: 6 pounds (last round dropped to 3 pounds for 1st 2 exercises)
