  6. Tricep Leg Lifts (8, 10)
  7. Squats with Sandbag on your Right Shoulder (7, 6)
  8. Santana Push Up (6, 5)
  9. Squats with Sandbag on your Left Shoulder (5, 5)
  10. Monkey Push Up (6, 7)
  11. Squats with Sandbag on your Right Shoulder (6, 6)
  12. Sumo Push Up
