Interval Timer: Set your interval timer to 12 rounds of 50 seconds work with a 10 second rest – & Bust out as many repetitions of the following exercises as you can

  1. Sumo High Knees (50, 47, 46, 45)
  2. Pendulum (62, 65, 50, 63)
  3. The Santana Lift (16, 16, 16)

Completion Time: 12 minutes (firm)

Abs: Amazing Abs Workout

PART 2 Only – 6 minutes of 10/30 seconds intervals

Interval Timer: Set your timer for 9 rounds of 10 seconds and 30 seconds intervals. You will be doing Side Plank Knee Tuck (left side up), Side Plank Knee Tuck (right side up), and Prisoner Get Ups back to back with 10 seconds intervals in between. Do as many reps as you can for each exercise during each 30 second interval and write your reps down.

  1. Side Plank Knee Tuck (left side up) (8, 9, 8)
  2. Side Plank Knee Tuck (right side up) (9, 9, 8)
  3. Prisoner Get Ups (4, 4, 4)
