Turkey Burger

Serves: 5  |  Calories per serving: 165

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of extra lean ground turkey
  • 2 crushed whole wheat crackers
  • 2 oz goat cheese or feta
  • 1 clove garlic 
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together very well.
  2. Separate into 5 equal parts.
  3. Form hamburger patty.
  4. Cook each patty slowly on low.
