  1. High Knee Skip – Using the Skipping Rope 94, 100
  2. Squat Lunge & Side Lunge – Using the Pink Sandbag 10, 8
  3. High Knee Skip – Using the Skipping Rope 103, 100
  4. Monkey Push up & Jump 10, 10
  5. High Knee Skip – Using the Skipping Rope 100, 80
  6. V Towel Corner Slide & Push Up – Using the BodyRock Equalizer or Dip Station 6, 9

Completion Time: 12 minutes (firm)

  1. ½ Burpee Jump 20
  2. Tuck Abs 15
