BodyRock Link: Muscle Up Fast!

Interval Timer: Set your interval timer to stop watch and see how quickly you can do this workout!  You will perform 10 reps per exercise for a total of 300 reps. You will go through 5 rounds of these exercises.

  1. Push Ups-Using the BodyRock Equalizer
  2. Side Lunge Step-Using the Pink Sandbag
  3. Side Lunge Step-Using the Pink Sandbag
  4. Step Over Squats-Using the BodyRock Equalizer
  5. Step Up Kick Out Left Leg-Using the Pink Sandbag
  6. Step Up Kick Out Right Leg-Using the Pink Sandbag

Completion Time: 40:15

Notes: Time is approximate, forgot to turn stop watch on for first 3 exercises.
