Interval Timer: Set your interval timer to 12 rounds of 50/10 and complete the following 6 exercises twice through.

  1. Walking Push-Up & Tuck Jump 12, 7
  2. 3 Way Plank Jump & Clean & Press  – Using the Ugi Ball 6, 6
  3. Low Jack & V split abs – Using the BodyRock Equalizer 13, 14
  4. Superman Push-Up – Using the BodyRock Equalizer 11, 12
  5. Stand Up & Jump Abs – Using the Pink Sandbag 4, 5
  6. Sumo Kness & Half Burpee – Using the Pink Sandbag 9, 7

Completion Time: 12 minutes (firm)

Notes: Exercise 4, didn’t use equalizer.

Interval Timer: Set your interval timer to 3 rounds of 50/10 and complete the following 3 exercises – completing as many reps as you can using the correct form through each one.

  1. Tuck Abs – Out & Raise Arms 19
  2. Reverse Crunch – Diamond Legs 20
  3. Touch Toes – Left & right Alternate 19
