Interval Timer: Set your timer for 6 rounds of 10/30. This will give you exactly 4 minutes for 1 exercise. You will be exercising at your max. effort during each 30 second interval. You will have  exactly 10 seconds rest in between each exercise.

  1. Dynamic Squat 18, 18, 15, 13, 14, 13
  2. Reversed Push Up 15, 10, 11, 10, 10, 11
  3. Dive Bomber 4, 6, 6, 5, 5, 4
  4. Prisoner Get Up 4, 3, 4, 3.5, 4, 4

Completion Time: 16 minutes (firm)
