Interval Timer: Set your interval timer to a stop watch and complete the following exercises below 5 times (Zuzana does 6 in the video) through as quickly as you can, making sure you focus on good form and keeping your core tight.

  1. Dive Bomber Knee Tucks X 8
  2. Side Jump Lunge X 10
  3. Dancing Crab X 12

Notes: Must be careful of form for the dive bombers.
