I just finished the 30 day challenge, I will be doing some random old workouts this week, and starting the BodyRock new 30 day challenge next week!

- 1,2,3 Spider Push-Ups (20 Total/10 Left side & 10 Right side)
- 10 Mountain Climbers, Clean & Press & Lunge (20 Total/10 Left side & 10 Right side) using the Pink Sandbag
- Shoulder Press & Side Kick L&R (20 Total/10 Left side & 10 Right side) using the Pink Sandbag
- Side Obliques L&R (20 Total/10 Left side & 10 Right side) Using the Yellow Equalizer or Dip Station

Notes: I didn’t do the last set of abs. Overall I enjoyed this workout, it was a great arm workout…pretty sure I will feel this tomorrow!
