Interval Timer: Set your interval timer to 12 rounds of 50/10 and complete the following exercises.

  1. Burpees + Push-up (9, 9½, 8½0
  2. Reverse Pull Ups using the Dip Station (21, 21, 16)
  3. Triple Plank Jumps (n/a)
  4. High Knees using the Dip Station (20, 21, 21)

Completion Time: 12 minutes (firm)
