BodyRock Link: Dirty Bit Workout

Interval Timer: Set your Interval Timer for 12 rounds and two intervals – the  10 second interval has to be the first one followed by the longer 50 second interval.

  1. Skipping
  2. Backward Lunge with Sandbag
  3. Skipping
  4. Reverse Push Up
  5. Skipping
  6. Monkey Push Up and Jump

Completion Time: 12 minutes (firm)

Notes: Didn’t keep track of how many exercises I did.
