BodyRock Link: Set Fire to Your Abs

Interval Timer: Set your Interval Timer for 15 rounds of 10/50 seconds intervals. You will go 3 times through a circuit of 5 exercises – you have 50 second interval for each exercise and 10 seconds of rest in between.
  1. Sumo squat knee up
  2. Dive bombers
  3.  Step up – left leg
  4. Step up – right leg
  5. Knee raises

Completion Time: 15 minutes (firm)
