Interval Timer: Set your timer to stop watch and perform the following exercises.

  1. High Knees – 500 reps
  2. Leg Lift, Star Crunch and Butt lift as one exercise – 30 reps
  3. Low Jacks – 500 reps
  4. Side Plank Lift – 25 reps on each side
  5. Scissors – 500 reps (each jump counts as 1 rep)
  6. Hanging Knee Raises – 25 reps
