BodyRock Link: Fat Terminator Workout

Interval Timer: For each exercise you will do 4  rounds of 15 seconds of intense work and 15 seconds of rest. This means that you will have 2 minutes for each exercise. On your timer you have to set up 2 intervals of 15 seconds and 40 rounds.

  1. Low Jacks 18, 18, 18, 20
  2. Dynamic Push Ups 7, 7, 7, 7
  3. Jump Squats 10, 8, 10, 11
  4. Half Burpees 8, 9, 10, 9
  5. One leg side jump lunge 9, 9, 10, 10
  6. Pull Ups 10, 9, 11, 11
  7. Step Jumps ?, ?, 7, 7
  8. Dancing Crab 8, 12, 12, 12
  9. Butt Lift and Toe Touch 5, 6, 6, 6
  10. Twist Jump 2-, 20, 22, 22

Completion Time: 20 minutes (firm)

Notes: Had to eliminate the exploding part for exercise 4, around the 4 rep interval.
