BodyRock Link: You Make Me Feel

Interval Timer: Set your Interval Timer for 12 rounds of 10/50 seconds intervals. You will go through a circuit of 4 exercises three times.

  1. Ninja jump tuck
  2. Sandbag combo
  3. Highknees/knee cross push ups
  4. Plank jacks

Completion Time: 12 minutes (firm)

Notes: Didn’t count how many of each I did.
