Today’s Workout

I was feeling ambitious, and knew I need to work off some Christmas dinner so I did two workouts today.

Interval Timer: Set your interval timer for 8 rounds of 20/10.

PART 1

  1. Mountain climbers 30, 31, 27, 30
  2. Split lunges 23, 18, 17, 19
Time: 7 minutes (firm)

ABS BONUS

Interval Timer: Set your interval timer for 1 round of 10/50.

  1. Plank butt squeeze 30
  2. Plank (50 seconds)
  3. Reptile pushups 20
Time: 3 minutes (firm)

Interval Timer: Set your timer to stop watch and do 50 reps of the following.

  1.  One Rep Equals:
    • burpee with push up
    • jump sideways with your feet together
    • side lunge

Completion Time: 7:50

Notes: I only did 40 reps.
