Interval Timer: Set your interval timer for 1 round of 10/50.
- Plank butt squeeze 30
- Plank (50 seconds)
- Reptile pushups 20
Interval Timer: Set your timer to stop watch and do 50 reps of the following.
- One Rep Equals:
- burpee with push up
- jump sideways with your feet together
- side lunge
Completion Time: 7:50
Notes: I only did 40 reps.
