  1. High Knees with Jump rope 114, 100
  2. Crab to Pike Press 9, 11
  3. High Knees with Jump Rope 110, 100
  4. Reverse Push Ups 25, 25
  5. High Knees with Jump rope 100, 90
  6. Side to Side Lunge with Sandbag 20, 22

Completion Time: 12 minutes
