BodyRock Link: Abs and Cardio Workout

Interval Timer: Set your interval timer to 15 minutes. There are 50 jumping jacks with the jump rope and 30 crunches. Your goal  is to complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

  1. Jumping Jacks (X 50 reps) 5
  2. Crunches X 30 (each crunch counts as a rep) 5
    • Middle V-Crunch
    • Side V-Crunch (left)
    • Side V-Crunch (right)

Completion Time: 15 minutes (firm)
