Interval Timer: Set your interval timer to a stop watch and complete the following exercises below 15 times through as quickly as you can, making sure you focus on good form and keeping your core tight.

The following counts as 1 round and your goal is to complete 15 rounds as fast as you can.

  1. 30 reps of Side Jump Lunges with Touch Down (it is 30 reps total switching the legs)
  2. Plank, Push Up, and Half Burpee in this order 3 times.
  3. Walk over in the plank position 3 steps to the right. Repeat Push Up and Half Burpee 3 times and get up.

Completion Time: 20:45
