Interval Timer: Set your interval timer to a stop watch and complete the following exercises below 10 times through as quickly as you can.

  1. 25 Sandbag Swings on each arm
  2. 100 High Knees with Jump Rope

Notes: Only did 6 rounds, didn’t use jump rope.
